Second-graders Learn the Dreidel Game

As part of their study of Hanukkah, second-graders recently learned how to play the dreidel game. Third-grade teacher Yael Newman taught students how to play the traditional holiday game. She first taught students the song, “Sevivon,” which is the Hebrew word for dreidel,  and students learned the lyrics in both English and Hebrew. Then, students paired off to play the dreidel game.
