Current School Request for School Records Form
In order for your child’s school records to be forwarded to Seven Hills, their current school should receive a written request signed by you. Please print the Request for School Records form found below. When you have completed and signed it in the appropriate areas, submit it to your child’s school office in order for them to remit your child’s final records and progress reports to us by June 15 or as soon as possible. If your child is entering Seven Hills in pre-kindergarten, there is no need to submit this form for records.
New Parent Online Schoology Group
Connect with new 2023-24 Seven Hills parents on our online Schoology page intended just for you. Login information for Schoology will be emailed by June and will be forwarded to new families from the Admissions Office within two weeks of their enrollment. If you have any questions about logging in to the New Family Schoology group, please email Director of Technology Scott Cagle.

From the Nurses
Please log in to your Veracross Portal to access your Magnus account in order to update health information.
We want to be proactive and address any of your child’s health concerns before the first day of school. If your child has any chronic medical condition, such as asthma, insect or food allergy, diabetes, or if you have any other concerns, please contact us. We may wish to coordinate a meeting with you and your student’s teacher in August.
If your student has a diagnosed insect or food allergy, please review and submit the appropriate forms found on the Nurses’ Office page:
- The Seven Hills Insect and Food Allergy Guidelines
- Emergency Care Plan — must be completed by the parent(s) and physician, preferably an allergist
- Medication Consent Form — must be completed by the parent(s) and physician, preferably an allergist

New Family Welcome Committees
Each year we are so fortunate to have a wonderful group of parent volunteers, the New Family Welcome Committee for each division, that help welcome all new families and support you as you transition into the Seven Hills community! Please feel free to reach out to the committee members at any time, and know they are here to help.
