Current School Request for School Records Form
In order for your child’s school records to be forwarded to Seven Hills, their current school should receive a written request signed by you. Please print the Request for School Records form found below. When you have completed and signed it in the appropriate areas, submit it to your child’s school office in order for them to remit your child’s final records and progress reports to us by June 15 or as soon as possible. If your child is entering Seven Hills in pre-kindergarten, there is no need to submit this form for records.
NEW PARENT PORTAL
Your New Parent Portal in Veracross is your central space for important next steps and helpful information.
Much like the Admissions Portal guided you through the application process, the New Parent Portal will help you prepare for the year ahead at Seven Hills. From the New Parent Portal, you will be able to submit required medical forms, get important information like school supply lists, how to set up lunch accounts and more! Check back often as we will be rolling out information throughout the spring and summer.
Technology
Technology information can be found on the Technology Resources page of the Parents tab.
Veracross serves as the school’s Student Information System and is the primary location for school related resources, communication, schedules, academic information, and important updates. Parents and students use one secure login to access connected school services.
Parent log-in information for families new to Seven Hills and information about Seven Hills technology resources will be forwarded in July.

From the Nurses
We want to be proactive and address any of your child’s health concerns before the first day of school. If your child has any chronic medical condition, such as asthma, insect or food allergy, diabetes, or if you have any other concerns, please contact us. We may wish to coordinate a meeting with you and your student’s teacher in August.
If your student has a diagnosed insect or food allergy, please review and submit the appropriate forms found on the Nurses’ Office page:
- The Seven Hills Insect and Food Allergy Guidelines
- Emergency Care Plan — must be completed by the parent(s) and physician, preferably an allergist
- Medication Consent Form — must be completed by the parent(s) and physician, preferably an allergist

Student health forms will be available for access via your Magnus Health account. You will be able to access your account and upload necessary forms through your Veracross parent portal. All forms will be uploaded in the student’s Magnus Health account. The school will not accept forms handed in or faxed to the school.
New Family Welcome Committees
Each year we are so fortunate to have a wonderful group of parent volunteers, the New Family Welcome Committee for each division, that help welcome all new families and support you as you transition into the Seven Hills community! Please feel free to reach out to the committee members at any time, and know they are here to help.
Communication will be coming throughout the summer with helpful information and ways to connect.
