We know that each applicant is unique and possesses special qualities that cannot always be captured by test scores and applications alone. Parent questionnaire
Student questionnaire (grades 6-12)
Completed teacher recommendation form
Testing or assessment
School records/progress reports (via email at admissions@7hills.org or fax at 513.728.2409)

Admission Dates and Deadlines

Because we have limited space and our application pool is quite competitive, we recommend completing the application process as early as possible.

Rolling Admission after Feb. 15, 2025

Applications completed outside the above timeline will be considered on a rolling admission basis and may be subject to limited space availability. For students entering pre-kindergarten through fifth grade in 2025-26, please contact the admission team at admissions@7hills.org to check availability on your grade of interest prior to submitting an application.
