New Facilities

Under the guidance of the Board of Trustees and administrative leadership, The Seven Hills School has added new facilities to both its Hillsdale Campus and its Doherty Campus.

Hillsdale Campus

(PRE-KINDERGARTEN FOR 2-YEAR-OLDS THROUGH 12TH GRADE)

 

The Middle School

  • Expansion and renovation completed spring 2022
  • Increased building size by 68%
  • Larger classrooms, science labs, and Innovation Lab
  • Common areas for each grade level
  • Updated accessible and exclusive design

Ten Tennis Courts

  • Completed September 2022
  • Four additional state-of-the-art courts were added to the existing six courts, which are home of boys and girls varsity, junior varsity, and Middle School tennis teams
  • Completes Master Site Plan for 10 tennis courts

 

The Schiff Center

  • Completed spring 2019
  • Two-story, 43,000-square-foot facility
  • Three large classroom/rehearsal spaces
  • State-of-the-art auditorium with seating for 500 people
  • Green room and dressing rooms

Athletic Field House

  • Completed summer 2019
  • 31,000 square-foot facility
  • Four basketball/volleyball courts
  • Multipurpose room
  • Concession stand

Doherty Campus

(PRE-KINDERGARTEN FOR 2-YEAR-OLDS THROUGH FIFTH GRADE)

 

Kemper Playground

  • Expansive playscape featuring a slide, swings, a jungle gym, spider web crawler, a clatter and lily pad bridge, gym bars, and a curved chute slide
  • Wooden deck, which serves as a stage for impromptu student performances

 

Jones Hall Renovations

  • Extensive updates including a renovated foyer and entrance, eight refurbished classrooms, and a new science lab
  • Renovations to the Creation Studio makerspace, which allows students to explore STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) concepts. After removing a wall to make the room larger, the space was equipped with lab tables, computers, and 3-D printers.
  • Renovations to the library include a reading nook, new shelving units and furniture, and new technology, such as projectors and large-screen computers

 

Brooks Hall Renovations

  • Gymnasium renovations include electric bleachers, efficient lighting, and freshly painted walls, and refinished floors featuring Seven Hills’ mascot, Sting, in the center.
  • Cafeteria renovations include resurfaced tables and a dropped ceiling
