Important skills I want to teach my students

I want my students to have a lifelong love of learning, excitement for new challenges, and determination to work through problems. I also want them to be respectful citizens of the world and our planet.

Teaching methods to reach these goals

My classroom is centered on inquiry-based learning. I want the students to lead the class in the direction it could take.

My favorite projects

My favorite project is the Cincinnati unit we do in social studies. It is so much fun to learn and discover the history of the wonderful city where we live and go to school.

What I like best about teaching at Seven Hills

The love the sense of community at Seven Hills. It really is an extended family.
