Middle School Physical Education

We want to make sure our students are living at their healthiest and most physically fit, every day.

Get Moving

Our goal is to give students frequent opportunities to develop their minds, bodies, and spirits. We work to create an atmosphere of wellness in the classroom that will extend into our community. By encouraging active participation, our program is based in physical fitness, character education, skill development, and the acquisition of sport knowledge. We teach students about current facts and practices for physical fitness, healthful living, and leisure-time pursuits. These ideas, in conjunction with kindness and caring, will enable our students to flourish throughout their lives.

Middle School students take PE all year, every year. Our curriculum includes a variety of lifetime, team, and individual sports such as tennis, yoga, cricket, cross country, basketball, volleyball, soccer, team handball, and badminton.
