Seven Hills Congratulates 2016 Presidential Scholar Candidates Tigar Cyr, of East Walnut Hills, Alex Jiang, of Anderson Township, and Bennett Smith, of Mt. Lookout. The Presidential Scholars Program is one of the nation’s highest honors for graduating high school seniors. Presidential Scholars are selected on the basis of academic achievement, personal characteristics, leadership, and service activities.
