Stingers Win numerous track events at MVC Championships, home meet

At the Miami Valley Conference Championship meet, the relay team of senior Riley Jones, sophomore Callie Drew, sophomore Margret Schnirring, and sophomore Lalia Kerr won the 4×200. Jones, Drew, Schnirring, and junior Abigail Li won the 4×400 relay. The team won numerous events at the Seven Hills Invitational on April 30. Drew won the 200 meter, Jones won the 800, and Li won the 1600. For the relays, the team won the 4×200 relay and 4×400 relay and the second in the 4×800 relay. Schnirring placed third in the 400. In the 800, Li placed third. Freshman Addie Necco placed third in the 3200. For the boys, sophomore Carter Stevens placed fourth in the 800, freshman Nick Roblyer placed fourth in the 3200, and freshman Brady O’Connor placed fourth in the 110 meter hurdles.
