Seven Hills Announces “Strategic Plan 2025-2030: Heart, Mind, Community”

In September 2025, Head of School Matt Bolton announced The Seven Hills School’s “Strategic Plan 2025-2030: Heart, Mind, Community.”

The new strategic plan will guide Seven Hills’ work over the next five years as the school lives out its mission of engaging hearts and minds, cultivating young people’s unique capabilities, and preparing each to play a meaningful role in a rapidly changing world.

“I’m excited about the many ways in which this plan draws on our history as a school and looks to our future,” Bolton said.

He thanked the Board of Trustees, members of the Strategic Planning Steering Committee, and the Strategic Planning Co-Chairs, Amy DeWitt and Angie Apple, for the countless hours that they put into researching and developing this plan over the past year.

“My thanks as well to the school’s leadership team and to the many teachers, students, parents, and alumni who participated in the strategic planning process,” Bolton said. “Just as the creation of this plan involved many members of our community, the community will be influential in living out the plan’s four pillars.”
