Rhythm in Music

As part of her signature music curriculum, Doherty music teacher Maria Eynon taught Unit II students how to embody music, rhythm, and movement during a recent lesson. Eynon worked through a number of dances, including the popcorn dance and the first steps of “Cotton Eye Joe,” which is a complex set of hand and step movements.
