Pre-K Runs Mini Pig
On the Friday of Flying Pig Weekend, the pre-kindergarten students completed the Doherty Mini Pig. The pre-k runners completed two laps around the soccer field cheered on by their classmates, parents, and teachers. Retired Doherty teacher Cyndi Kenyon, who created the Mini Pig 21 years ago in honor of the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon, was in attendance. Sixteen members of the Upper School’s Class of 2024, who attended Doherty, returned to cheer on the runners, hand out water, and run a lap themselves.
