Middle School instrumental concert

The Middle School Instrumental Ensembles serenaded The Schiff Center in early December with a concert featuring a variety of technically challenging songs. The sixth grade ensemble kicked off the concert with “Lean on Me,” “Old Town Road,” and “African Journey.” The seventh grade ensemble started its set with “Klezmania” and ended with a joint performance of the “Avengers” theme with the eighth graders. The eighth grade ensemble closed the show with a wide range of musical stylings, including the “St. Petersburg March,” “Comin’ Home Baby,” and “Hit the Road Jack.” The evening was an impressive culmination of a semester of hard work. Congratulations to our student musicians and instrumental teacher John Rising!
