Learning about Famous Spanish Speakers

As part of their unit on interpersonal relationships on individual and global scales and in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, students in Kathryn Rosenberg’s Spanish 3 class researched and gave presentations in Spanish on famous Spanish speakers. The student’s choices highlighted the contributions to the world as a whole. Topics included Mexican musician Carlos Santana, American of Mexican-Puerto Rican heritage civil rights activist Sylvia Mendez, and Spanish chef Juan Mari Arzak.
