Fifth graders volunteering as Good Apples

Every year, fifth grade students are given the opportunity to volunteer to be a “Good Apple” and help teachers across all of Lotspeich during the students’ recess time once a week. Students assist teachers with projects such as filing and grading papers, cleaning out animal cages, sorting and distributing materials, or helping with bulletin boards.
