Doherty and Lotspeich Fifth Graders explore river

Doherty and Lotspeich’s fifth graders are doing a “deep dive” into the topics of water resources and water quality in the Cincinnati area. Students have explored the concepts through an in-depth interdisciplinary unit in science and project math. “This trip will bridge our Science Chemistry and Water units, and kick off our water quality citizen science project that we will continue on campus at the Duck Creek this spring,” Lotspeich fifth grade teacher Laura OGrady said.
