Baseball second in Division

With a 9-1 in conference record, the varsity baseball team is second in the Miami Valley Conference Gray Division. Junior Jared Kraus is leading the conference with five homeruns. Freshman Timmy Dewitt and sophomore Stephan Elder are the hit leaders with batting averages of .667 and .600, respectively. On the pitching mound, Kraus has thrown 48 strikeouts. Junior Ryan Meador was nominated for small school baseball player of the week for May 2 by the Enquirer. During a three-game stretch, he went 6-for-10, with four RBIs.
