What is Fill the Hills?

#FilltheHills is our annual giving event that brings together parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni, and friends to give back to Seven Hills.

This year, on March 3, we are asking you to fill the hills of our campuses with Stinger Bees by making a donation to the Annual Fund. 

The Annual Fund bridges the gap between tuition and the full cost of a Seven Hills education. It ensures students have access to exceptional teaching, dynamic learning environments, and the programs that define our Portrait of a Learner.

For every donation to the Annual Fund made between now and March 3, we will add a bee with your name on it to the hills on your campus. Every gift, no matter the size, makes an impact, and receives a bee.

Another Layer of Thanks

As a warm thank-you, all donations of $226 or more will receive a Seven Hills outdoor blanket – a packable essential made for picnics, camping, beach days, and cheering on Stingers wherever you roam.

Fill the Hills is Seven Hills’ Day of Giving, a special event to bring our community together to support our school by donating to the Annual Fund.

Tuesday, March 3, 2026 from 7 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.

Yes, even though the actual Day of Giving is on March 3, all gifts from now until 11:59 p.m. on March 3 count towards our Day of Giving.

  • Donate online
  • Call the development office at 513.728.2430 
  • Mail a check to the Development Office:
    • The Seven Hills School, Attn: Development Office, 5400 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, OH 45227

  • There is no minimum donation amount, every gift matters, no matter the size. However, if you are making your gift online, you must donate at least $10 in order for your gift to be processed. 
  • If you decide to give $226 or more, you will receive a Seven Hills outdoor blanket.

Yes, all donations are tax-deductible. You will receive a letter with the tax information in the mail for your records.

Each bee represents a donor. As the hills fill, they become a visible reminder of what happens when our community comes together in support of students and teachers.

Your donation will be put to immediate use. Through gifts to the Annual Fund, we are able to elevate our educational experience while keeping our tuition in line with other independent schools. With an unrestricted gift, you can trust it will always be applied to the school’s most urgent and greatest needs. Whether it is providing microscopes or art supplies, field trips or athletic equipment, the Annual Fund helps us keep our excellence in education, our classrooms stocked, and our students engaged.

Annual Giving fills a very real funding gap and provides resources that our students use every day, in every classroom. Seven Hills could quite literally not maintain our standard of excellence without the resources your gifts  provide

Please remember, if you’ve made a donation since July 1, 2025, your participation has been counted and your bee is already on its way to the hills on our campuses. No need to make a second gift, but you can still help us Fill the Hills by reminding friends to give or posting your support on social media using #FilltheHills.

 Donors who give $226 or more will receive a Seven Hills outdoor blanket as a thank you gift.

Participation matters! Your participation indicates your support for Seven Hills and encourages others, especially grant making institutions, to lend their financial support as well.
