Please join The Parent Community virtually on Friday, October 16 at 8:45 AM (postponed from October 2) for a brief update on plans for the year followed by a presentation from Laura O’Grady.
Laura is responsible for Project Math and Math Support for Lotspeich. Her presentation will include:
* an overview of how math skills build from Pre-K to early elementary to older elementary
* a discussion of the role that Project Math plays in the overall math curriculum * guidance to parents about terminology and how we can reinforce math concepts in a way that is consistent with what children learn at school
