Hillsdale Campus-Student Medication Collection

The school nurses will be collecting medications for students in 1st -12th, such as daily medications given at lunch and emergency medications. The nurses will be on the sidewalk at a table under the columns in front of the Upper School entrance. 

Please Note:

• Medication must be in the original container from the pharmacy. 

• All prescription medication forms must be uploaded to Magnus Health. 

• No paper forms will be accepted.

• Students in grades PreKindergarten and Kindergarten may bring their medications with them on Tuesday, 8/24/26, during their orientation times and give them to their teachers. 

• We would appreciate receiving all medications in advance of the first day of school.
