Lower School Spring Performances

Lotspeich first through fourth graders performed for friends and family in The Schiff Center in mid-May. Under the guidance of Lotspeich music teacher Robin Wilson, students sang about the wonders of friendship and accepting one another, recited their dreams which included becoming a rainbow unicorn, a world-famous athlete, and a teacher. Lotspeich students wowed the audience with great singing and energized choreography.

During the Doherty Closing Ceremony, Doherty music teacher Jon Newcomb directed a high-energy, beautiful choral performance of Unit I through Unit III students, which also marked his first concert at Seven Hills. The Doherty Strings Ensemble, directed by Michaela Hibbard, also performed during the closing ceremony and demonstrated incredible instrumental skills. The program concluded with fifth graders singing the traditional “Another Bridge to Cross” and all students singing “Here Comes Summer!” Congratulations to all of our Lower School students for their vibrant and talented performances!

Bravo for an incredible year

Bravo and congratulations to all of our fine and performing arts students, from our pre-kindergarten for two-year-olds to our graduating seniors. You’ve filled our halls with engaging and exploratory pieces of art, performed show-stopping numbers on The Schiff Center stage, and created immersive sets and costumes, bringing new worlds to life. We’re amazed by your talent and creativity during each performance, knowing the hard work and dedication you pour into your craft every day. Encore!
