"Our Little Words" in Unit I

Unit I students in Amy Kulhavik’s class started 2024 with a project called “our little words.” The students each picked a word they wanted to try and live by for 2024. Whether it was loving, funny, persistence, or kind, the students reflected on their word and wrote the story behind why they chose that particular word.

Therapy Dog Visits Doherty

Doherty students enjoy monthly visits from Cooper the therapy dog and his mom, former Doherty and current Upper School parent Britty Wiles. In addition to getting the opportunity to hug and pet Cooper, students assist in taking him for walks around the Doherty Campus and learn about the roles and different types of therapy dogs.
