Unit I Presents Poetry

Students in Amy Kulhavik and Joan Claybourn’s Unit I classes dazzled their parents with a poetry presentation. Working in pairs and small groups, the students memorized poems by Shel Silverstein, Jack Prelutsky, and others; learned the rhythm and voice; and practiced their performance before the big day. The performance was capped off with a poem presented by all Unit I students.
