Boys, Girls Golf Competes at State

The boys varsity golf team competed at the state tournament. Senior Charlie Mullin tied for eighth place with the Stingers coming in seventh overall. The team was the district, sectional, and Miami Valley Conference champions this season. The girls varsity golf team also competed at the state tournament, earning a tenth place finish. Senior Julia Zhu tied for 29th overall. The Stingers came in second place at the district tournament.

Boys Soccer is District Champs, advance to regional finals

The boys varsity soccer team beat Mariemont 2-1 in the regional semi-finals, earning a place in the regional finals. After a hard-fought battle, the Stingers fall 0-1 to Waynesville. At district, the Stingers defeated Cincinnati Christian 7-1 and Troy Christian 2-1 with an overtime goal from senior Rex Shaffer to became the district champions. The Stingers also won the sectional tournament, after ending the regular season with a record of 17-2.

Running Stingers Compete at Regionals

Senior Carter Stevens and freshman Campbell Coyne both had excellent showings at the regional cross country meet. Stevens qualified for regionals after finishing in third place at the district meet. Coyne took 14th in the girls race at the district meet.

Junior competes at District Tennis Tournament

Junior Brogan Bell competed at the district tennis tournament. The girls varsity tennis team competed at the sectional tournament at Mason High School. In addition to Bell, sophomore Daniela Alper and junior Katie Stevens had strong showing, each winning multiple matches.
