Seven Hills Has Spirit

Seven Hills celebrated an all-school Spirit Day and picnic on May 14! Students on the Doherty and Hillsdale campuses donned their Seven Hills gear and showed their school spirit! 

A Parade for Head of School Carolyn Fox!

Seven Hills celebrated Head of Lotspeich Carolyn Fox with a special parade on May 25! Fox, who is retiring at the end of the school year after 40 years at Seven Hills, was greeted by a crowd of cheering students, teachers, administrators, and parents lining the parade route. The parade was a surprise for Fox and it was organized by Lotspeich Parent Community co-chairs Meredith Ficks and Erin Snelting. The parade ended at Mimi’s Garden with a ceremony to dedicate a bench that will be placed this summer in Carolyn’s honor. We will miss Mrs. Fox!

Seven Hills Celebrates Seniors!

On May 17 and 18, the Class of 2021 participated in the Upper School’s yearly senior retreat, organized by Upper School Director of Experiential Learning Nick Francis. Students took the two days to reflect on their time at Seven Hills. They also heard from a panel of recent alumni, TED Talks on subjects such as gratitude and multipotentialities, and they tried on their caps and gowns. The retreat culminated with a parade around the Hillsdale Campus. The Seven Hills community, including teachers, students, parents, and administrators, lined the campus to cheer on our seniors and say goodbye to the class of 2021.
