Upper School Celebrates with Culture Fair

Through a student led, organized, and fundraised effort, the Upper School hosted the Culture Fair in mid-April.

Students and their families and community members hosted booths throughout Kalnow Gym to share information about their culture, along with food, drinks, activities, and music. 

“The Culture Fair was such a great example of how a community is more than the sum of its parts,” Upper School Dean of Students Dan Polifka said. “It is amazing to see so many of the students sharing parts of who they are, and to see so many other people eagerly talking, eating, and learning about world cultures.”

The fair was organized by the Equity & Inclusion Council and the entire Upper School contributed to the fair through a fundraiser.
