Pre-kindergarten for 2-Year-Olds Experiment with Shapes and Colors

Inside Lower School art teacher Kacey Watkins’ class, Julie Brackett’s pre-kindergarten for 2-year-olds class sat and earnestly listened as Watkins explained their task for the day.

Using stickers, crayons, and paint dots, students were asked to use their creativity to color inside six circles on a worksheet.

One by one, students walked to their designated seats and began to fill their papers with all sorts of colors while practicing fine motor skills and trying their best to follow directions.
