Third-graders Paint Pumpkins in Style of Pacific Northwest Native Americans

During the school year, third-graders in Rebecca Harnage and Kim Walden’s classes complete a comprehensive study of Native Americans who lived on the Northwest coast. Recently, they decorated pumpkins in the style of the Native American’s artwork. Students used a variety of paints and materials to create their pumpkins. Parents volunteered and assisted students with the project.
