Students Review Algebra Principles

Stacy Wilson’s eighth-grade algebra students spent a month studying how to solve for an unknown variable. Wilson said students learned four different ways to solve the math equations. “We’re using a variety of methods to solve for x,” Wilson said. Students recently reviewed their lessons by completing equations and story problems to prepare for their test. “This unit serves as both the culmination of all of the concepts they learned in pre-Algebra as well as the foundation of understanding for all of their future math courses,” Wilson said.
