Sixth-graders Present Puzzles to the Alzheimer’s Association of Cincinnati

As part of their project Puzzles with a Purpose, sixth-graders presented the Alzheimer’s Association of Cincinnati with puzzles they created. Students made the puzzles in the Innovation Lab under the guidance of teacher Karen Glum. The puzzles will be given to Alzheimer’s patients and caregivers. Garrett Schymanksi from the Alzheimer’s Association also spoke to students about what Alzheimer’s disease is and how it affects people. He shared healthy brain tips and a video about the disease.
