Second-graders Build Cardboard Arcade Games

Every year, second-graders in Laura O’Grady’s Project Math create cardboard arcade games to share with the Lotspeich community. This year, students adapted and created their arcade games at home. During a Zoom class meeting in late May, second-graders shared their games with their classmates, using video to demonstrate how to play their games. The project was inspired by the short film, “Caine’s Arcade,” about a young boy who built a cardboard arcade game in his garage.
