Locks for Leonard is May 16

The Middle School is spreading the news about the upcoming Locks for Leonard Hair Fair, which will be held Thursday, May 16, at 12:40 p.m. in the Middle School Commons. The annual event, named in honor of former Seven Hills physical education teacher Beth Leonard, brings in local stylists to cut students’ and faculty’s hair. The hair is donated to Locks of Love, Children with Hair Loss, and Hope Scarves to make wigs for those with medical-related hair loss. The Middle School is also collecting scarves for Hope Scarves. During a late April assembly, Seven Hills parent Cinda Morse shared her story about her experience with cancer. Also at the assembly, Middle learning specialist Brooke Richart volunteered to have her cut and donated to one of these charities. The Locks for Leonard Hair Fair is open to students, teachers, parents, or other members of the Seven Hills Community. Email math teacher Theresa Keller at if you are interested.
