Cardboard Box Challenge

Doherty Campus families recently came together in the name of creativity and innovation. They were on a mission and the results were stunning. During Doherty’s third annual Family Cardboard Box Challenge, students and their families collaborated, inspired by the short film, “Caine’s Arcade,” which kicked off the Global Cardboard Challenge by the Imagination Foundation. Assistant Head of Doherty Tracy Hickenlooper said families were invited to come in and build, out of cardboard, whatever they could dream up. “This year we had a dinosaur, a grandfather clock, a castle, a cotton candy machine, a fort, a foosball table, a tree house and a canoe!” said Hickenlooper. “I am always amazed at the creations.”
