Job Networking Program
In 1999, the Seven Hills Development Office established the Job Networking Program for college-age alumni and Upper School juniors and seniors. The program was developed as a result of our commitment to an ongoing relationship with alumni, and to help current students find summer employment.

Since the program’s inception, over 100 people have been employed, and more than 250 alumni and current students have contacted the office about job opportunities. Approximately 60 companies owned by, operated by, or employing alumni or current parents have given students the opportunity to interview for positions. We have also added a limited number of out-of-town positions and permanent positions after the students have graduated college.

Job networking program positions are made possible through Seven Hills families and outside referrals from alumni and current parents.

Some of the fields of employment include:
- Art gallery
- Banking
- Camp counselor
- Catering
- Marketing
- Medical office
- Museum positions
- Park district positions
- Publishing company positions
- Restaurants
- Sales

Career Mentoring Program
Changes in the workplace are unfolding at an unprecedented rate and individuals are struggling to adapt. Developed in 2003, the
Seven Hills Career Mentoring Program is intended to help Seven Hills alumni investigate career opportunities, make professional contacts, and obtain advice to help direct their careers.
Participation in the Alumni Career Mentoring Program is for one year, renewable annually. Career Mentors provide advice to help alumni manage their careers but they are not offering employment.
For more information about being a mentor or mentee, complete this form or contact Nancy McCormick Bassett'83, Director of Alumni Relations
