The Seven Hills School is a not for profit corporation governed by a Board of Trustees elected at an annual meeting by the members of the Corporation. The members of the Corporation include the Trustees, parents, alumni, current or recent donors, advisory Board members and those honored as Lifetime members. There are no fewer than 18 nor more than 30 elected Trustees. Board terms are four years.
