Kindergarten

Shape your mind — and have a blast in the process.

Learning by doing

In our kindergarten program, Seven Hills teachers don’t just know your child by name. They know your child’s unique styles of working and thinking, and they understand their emerging interests, talents, and skills. They work in partnership with you, as parents, and gain even more insights about your child that lead to a learning experience adapted to their strengths, and foster their growth and development.

A big part of our students’ experience is exploration. In kindergarten, students may learn about the migration of the monarch butterfly in a hands-on project that pairs them with international schools in the butterfly’s path. Or, they may transform into Greek gods or goddesses in a project that combines geography and mythology.

These rich, experiential projects are fun for our students. But more important, they form a strong foundation of knowledge and a sense of discovery that prepares them for the next level of their education, and the future beyond that.
